After reviewing state, local and university directives, policies and mandates, but most importantly checking with cherished schools and teams, the decision to cancel this year is out of our hands. All schools we confirmed with would be unable to travel anyway.

We will still be awarding the scholarships this year at a time to be determined.

In 2020, we offered each paid team to either receive a full refund or keep their registration on file for the next tournament and receive a $100 goodwill rebate. Most teams eagerly accepted the latter offer. Most teams indicated they could not attend in 2021. We are holding all payments for 2022! We regret this as much as anyone. Stay kicking with us!

Our Story

We are proudly one of the finest sports traditions at Kansas State University and in the Midwest.  Since 1979, it has been our hope and dream to broaden the opportunities for young soccer players, both men and women, to play quality soccer and be afforded scholarships to attend K-State and other major colleges. Our home is K-State’s WWI Memorial Stadium.

Please read about Ed Chartrand by clicking here. “Fast Eddy” as he is affectionately known, is our inspiration. The “Friends of Fast Eddy” or F.O.F.E is now a brotherhood and sisterhood of thousands. The Chartrand Charitable Foundation is our prime benefactor and supports youth opportunities through sports.
