Men’s and Women’s College Teams Are Invited to Register

We will accept paid “back ups” after all slots filled for priority in case of cancellations. Your fee will be returned if we are unable to schedule you in or if the tournament is rescheduled and you are unable to play. You may also apply any registration to a future year to insure your spot.

Registration fee is $795.  Our drop dead date for all registrations and fees must be 90 days prior to allow scheduling, fields reservations and referees.  We strongly urge all teams to register 6 months in advance. . Only PAID registrations are accepted. We will gladly refund personal funds upon receipt of school checks or vouchers. However, personal funds will be deposited. As with all events like this where we expend a great deal of money in advance, there are no refunds if you cancel. We understand the challenges of clubs sports, but please do not cancel as we have turned down other teams for your team to participate. If you still cancel, let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation or a failure to show for any game may result in your not being accepted in future years. We really appreciate your early registration. Your e-mail and feedback is welcome.

Your registration includes 18 tournament t-shirts, admission to the Saturday night dinner and refreshments and 18 Champion premium shirts for winning teams. The Fee also helps cover referees and trainers, trophies, field rentals and related tourney costs. Your tournament t-shirts must be picked Saturday evening at the tournament party. This fee structure helps this charitable event cover the costs and to continue to provide the highest quality.

There may be a conference call scheduled the Monday prior to the tournament.  Watch for an email on date and time.

Thank you for your interest in participating in this great event. By filling out a registration form, you are agreeing to accept the terms of this tournament, and abiding by its rules and bylaws.

Both men and women teams should contact the K-State Soccer Clubs directly on registration and scheduling. Please support the K-State Soccer Clubs to maintain this tournament as the best in the Midwest.

HOTEL:
Reserve your hotel rooms TODAY! Hotels fill up fast! You can always change and update your hotel choice later.  Make sure you get email confirmations and/or confirmation or cancellation reference numbers. Never get a non cancellable room. Most hotels have a 48 hour or one week max notice to cancel.

Make checks payable to “Chartrand Foundation”.

Our policy has always been no refunds after payment. Cancelling after registration only hurts the tournament reputation, hurts other teams, and causes expense in terms of altered schedules and referees.
